Today after dinner, mummy talked to me and said about the fact that i will only be having chocolate 2 times a week now. Also no tv while i'm eating dinner. I haven't been very good recently at meal times. I took it better than mummy was expecting, i was excited to tell Tom that i had chosen the two days, they are Tuesday and Fridays.
(when mummy was typing this it was 30/3/11 and i have kept to this very well, have only had chocolate on the days i said and have had no tv during dinner, happily turn it off, mummy is very proud of me :D )
