Tuesday 28th December 2010

Me and mummy went on the bus to the cowley road, Tom was working. I took my pushchair. I have been really grumpy and whingy today and yesterday. We got off of the bus and then went to one shop, when we had been there, we went to buy me a chocolate too. Then we got a bus to cowley centre, but we forgot to press the button so we missed the stop. We then got off of the bus and then walked back to another stop and in the end we went to town to meet Tom, he was finishing at 3. When we got to town, we walked around a little bit, we saw Voirrey and Glen and the Juanita and her mummy. We went into a shop where i could take my pushchair in the lift and then i went for a wee. When we went downstairs in the shop Tom was waiting for us. I was getting quite whingy by now. We went to a few shops and i was moaning quite a bit. We ended with going to Sainsburys, i was a bit rude to Tom, i started crying and mummy told me to say sorry. Mummy doesn't like it when i'm tired, she said that she is going to have to ask Nanny to make sure i go to bed early when i go there, cos i always come back grumpy and tired for her and Tom the next day. When we got home, i was much happier and ate all of my dinner. I had ice cream for pudding. Then it was bedtime, i had an early night. I was in bed just before 7 and at 8.30 i was still awake, i have got over tired, i finally fell asleep just before 9 so mummy is expecting a tired and grumpy me tomorrow too.

Boxing Day 2010

Today we got ready in the morning and went to Nana's, we had her car, so it was easy to get there. We took all of the presents for them there too. When we got there, there were loads of presents for me again, i am so lucky. I gave everyone their presents too. I got a keyboard, walkie talkies, books, a necklace, underwear with kittens and dogs on, a dora watch and lots more. I didnt' take many pictures here, i forgot about my camera. I played with Kaamiel and with aunty Sam. Then i started taking lots of photos hehe. Daddy came to pick me up, i went to Nanny's with him. I didn't want to go there, but mummy said it would be nice for Nanny to see me. So i went. 

Christmas Day 2010

When i woke up, i laid in bed and shouted to mummy, she told me i could come into her room. She came in to my room and showed me on my door, i saw my stocking had lots of presents in it, i saw that santa had eaten his biscuits and the reindeer had taken some bites out of the carrots. The drinks were all gone too. I was so excited.I took my stocking in to mummy and Toms room and sat on the bed to open them. I couldnt' believe how many presents i had. After i had opened them all, i went for a wee and Tom and mummy got dressed to come in to the living room with me. Mummy told me that there were more in there too, from our friends and from her and Tom. I was excited again. We sat on the floor near the christmas tree, Tom also gave me the ones from his family too.

I liked opening my presents, i got so many. I got a camera :-) and things for my dolls, i got clothes, books, chocolates, puzzles, things for my bath, a jewellery box, a princess castle and lots more. Mummy got lots too and so did Tom. These are more photos of us opening them and our morning.

 We went for a walk to find a shop that was open so i could get batteries for my camera. We saw Voirrey and her boyfriend Glen. When we got home again, i was excited and wanted to play the games on my camera. I took a few photos but at first, was more interested in playing games. Then i started taking lots of photos too. We had christmas dinner, it was yummy, i had a cracker and then another and another. Tom and mummy had one each and i had the rest hehe. I was very tired after my busy day and went to sleep quite quickly.

Friday 24th December 2010

I was excited today, its christmas eve, santa is coming tonight!! Mummy called me in to her room and she told me that i had a message from santa. I sat in her bed with her and Tom and she showed me the screen. Then Santa came on it, he was talking to ME!!! He knew my name, he knew what colour hair i have, what colour eyes, he had a photo of me in his special book. He also had a photo of me and Tom when we went to the Sealife centre and a photo of me when i dressed up all spotty for children in need at school. He showed me a picture of something i really want, its a camera, HE KNOWS WHAT I WANT!!!!!!!!! I was amazed. After that we got ready and went to pick up Nana's car. Tom went into town, cos he had to get some things for his family, they haven't been able to get out of their home because of the snow. Me and mummy went to Nana's, uncle Alex was there to give us the keys. We drove into town and picked Tom up. On the way to his family's house, Tom gave me a sausage roll, i was really hungry and it was really nice, i ate it all up, really fast. When we got to his family's house, we all went in. There was quite a bit of snow, but we were able to get in ok. I like going to Tom's family's. When i walked in, his grandad said 'hello princess' :-) I gave Julie (Tom's mummy) a present from me and mummy. We sat and Merry came in (one of their kittens) then Tom bought Pippin down too (another kitten) i played with them. I kept throwing things for them. Merry jumped up and caught one of them, she was like a dog! Then Julie went upstairs, she came down with Tom and they had a bag of things for me from Nicky (Tom's aunty) in there, there was a tub of dinosaurs and a drawing thing. You draw pictures and then turn it on and it lights up, you can make the lights flash and everything. Not long later, i started saying i wanted to go, mummy smiled and said do you mean you want to go cos you want to play with your new toys, i nodded hehe. We stayed there for a hour or two and i played with the cats the whole time. When it was time to go, i took the drawing thing out and took it for me to draw in the car. I said thank you and we left. In the car, all the way back to oxford, i didn't say a word, i was too busy drawing. We dropped Tom off, cos he had to work til 7. Then me and mummy went to sainsburys to get a few things for dinner tomorrow. We bought ice cream, orange juice, bread and lots of things. Then when we left, mummy said we were going to pick uncle Matt up from headington. We did, we took him home, cos we have Josh, Lola and Coen's christmas presents. When we got there, i took my drawing thing in and me and Lola drew together. We didnt' argue the whole time we were there. We were there for about an hour and a bit. Then it was time to go, cos they were having a bath and we had to get home, because Juanita is coming round with our christmas presents. When we got home, mummy went and got Juanitas present and then we waited. She came but couldnt' stay as she was in a rush. We gave her her present too. I had my dinner and then we had a shower together. When i got out of the shower, Tom was home :-D i had to wait for mummy to come out of the shower. Then we got things for santa ready, i found two biscuits for santa and a carrot for the reindeers. A glass of milk for santa and a bowl of water for santa. We put my stocking on my bedroom door. Mummy didnt read me a story, cos i had to go straight to sleep, as santa is coming tonight. When mummy checked on me, i was asleep in the same position she had left me in and had gone to sleep very fast.

Thursday 23rd December 2010

We went to the hospital today, i had to see Lucy, my speach therapist. We had Nana's car, so we didn't need to wait for a bus, which i liked. When we got there, Lucy didn't take very long to get there too, then we went into her room and chose a game. I played Tummy Ache with Lucy, i like that one. I had to say lots of words so we could play the game. Then we played Operation too, this time we concentrated on 'sh' words, there were ones like shoulder, shark, bush, brush.......i was quite good at saying them, but when i say some of them, i say sh..hark, sh..houlder, that is why i need to have another operation. Then we took Nana's car back to her house. We had to go to town, we got a big bus. Nana's slippers are at the shop now, so that is good, cos they weren't there on Tuesday when they should have been (its because it is snowing lots) We met Tom in town, he came with us to get the slippers and then we had to go to Tesco, i didn't want to go there, but i went anyway. On the way i was holding mummy and Tom's hand, its a good job i was cos i fell over and hurt my knee, i cried lots. Tom asked me if i thought Tesco sold chocolate, but my knee hurt so much not even that made me stop crying. Mummy gave me a cuddle and then we carried on walking. In Tesco, Tom found a box of chocolate christmas biscuits, he pointed them out to me and said look, do you think they have a snowman in, what else do you think is in there, i told him the other pictures. Then he asked me if i would like a box, i smiled at him and nodded. Tom bought them for me :-) when we left there, we went in to another shop, i liked this one, it has everything in. We went upstairs and i saw loads of things i wanted. Mummy told me i couldn't have any as it is christmas soon. I saw a hat, you put a cup either side and then using straws, you can drink from it, that looked really good. Then we went to WHSmiths and bought some wrapping paper. At the bus stop mummy let me have some of my biscuits, i had one of each shape. When we got on the bus, i asked if i could have one more, mummy let me, then i asked if i could have one more, i looked all cute and mummy said go on then, i asked again, looking extra cute hehe and i was allowed another one. Then mummy found some wotsits in her bag, so we swapped (mummy then wished we hadn't, when i opened them, i popped the bag and got quite messy, oooops) after eating them, i kept magicing Toms hand away and then his nose and then taking his nose and putting it on his head, then done the same to mummy. When we got home, we all had sandwiches, then Kayleigh came round with mine and mummy's presents. After that, mummy said we could wrap all of ours up, i was excited about that. I got it all in the living room, then mummy came in to help me. I kept getting cross at mummy, telling her i wont help her again, i said 'i'm not doing wrapping with you again, you just don't let me do it' mummy laughed. After we wrapped them all, we had dinner, i had sausage and mash, i ate it all (apart from the end bits) After dinner, Tom went for a shower and me and mummy put the lights that Tom had bought on the christmas tree, i liked doing that, i turned the lights out to see how pretty they looked.
When we were looking round the shops, Lucy, my speach therapist phoned and left mummy a message, it was to say that my operation has been provisionally booked for 22nd March next year 

Tuesday 21st December 2010

When we got up, i ate 4 weetabix!! I was very hungry. Then i had my two calendars and two biscuits. When mummy got up, i done the calendar on cbeebies, that is one where you click on the date and it plays something, or its a game to play. Mummy and Tom were making me laugh, they kept tickling each other, i took some pictures.

 After that we went out to go to town. We walked to the bus stop, we had to get a big bus. We got to town and the ground was mushy and brown from where the snow has started to melt with all the cars and buses driving on it. We went to Marks and Spencers to pick Nana and Chris' christmas presents up, they weren't there :( the lady told mummy (who had ordered them to be delivered today) that they were not in and she can phone tomorrow to see if they are in. We walked round a few more shops, then went in to the covered market where there is a butchers, there was a pig and a wild boar hanging up, with some turkeys, i was asking lots of questions about them, mummy told me that the sausages i like and the ham is pig, i said i don't like them anymore. When mummy asked me why, i said cos its dirty (the pig hanging up looked a horrible brown colour) so mummy told me the pig i eat in sausages and ham is cleaned and not dirty, so i was fine then, and then it was time to come home cos we didn't need anymore things.

Monday 20th December 2010

When i woke up i saw Tom was home, yay :D i have missed him. He had to go to work this morning, so we got ready and left with him. We had to walk to the bus stop as the buses aren't coming down our road cos of the snow. When we got to the road where the buses were going to, Tom's bus was just coming, so he got on it straight away and we crossed the road and our bus was coming too. When we got off the bus, we went to one shop, got food that we needed and then went home again. The bus took ages to come, we were waiting for so long. At home, mummy told me that Nana is coming to pick our dirty washing up, cos our washing machine is frozen again, it always freezes when it is cold. Nana came upstairs and Boo and Echo wanted to say hello, Echo jumped up on her lap and then Nana realised that she had poo on her coat from Echo's paws, ooops. Mummy was laughing as she got her a wet wipe, cos Nana was saying ewwww ewwww. When Tom got home, mummy was just cooking me some boiled eggs, and after that i was going to make an angel to go on the christmas tree. I was very excited about this, i had to eat all of my dinner first though. When i had eaten it all, mummy told me i can have whatever i want on the tree, i chose to draw a Bertie (the camper van we used to have til Daddy took it) I drew it all by myself and mummy and Tom were very impressed with it. We got the tree out and me and mummy put the branches in and then the decorations on it (Tom fell asleep as he was very tired and had been at work all weekend and all day) I was excited and liked decorating the tree, i liked putting the Bertie on top too. Once it was finished, we stood it in the corner.

Sunday 19th December 2010

I told mummy that i didn't want to go out today, cos yesterday when we had been building snow bear, my hands had got so cold and i had cried cos they were hurting. We had to go out though, cos mummy had to do some shopping. She told me that we could try and take my trolley out and see if that would go in the snow, it did :D yay. So mummy pulled me all the way to cowley centre (mummy was very tired when we got there, cos there was lots of snow and the trolley is heavy to pull with me in it too) we went to iceland and bought some food, i wasn't impressed though, cos there was no room for me to go in the trolley on the way home. Mummy explained that she couldnt' pull the trolley and carry the shopping so i would need to walk. I cried, whinged, screamed, cried some more for quite alot of the way home. Mummy was able to distract me for some of the time. When we got to the park near our house, we were walking through and there were people making snow angels, i didn't want to cos i was too cold. We were so nearly home now, i couldn't wait. When we got home, mummy put the trolley in the shed and we came upstairs and turned the heating on and got all warm. I got my duvet and pillow and watched charlie and the chocolate factory.

Saturday 18th December 2010

Today when i woke up, there was snow everywhere :D i was really excited and told mummy i wanted to build a snow bear. Tom wasn't here when i woke up, i asked mummy where he is and she told me that he is working at the pub all weekend, i was sad at that, i miss him when he's not here :(
When we had had something to eat, mummy and me got wrapped up nice and warm and we were going to go to the shops, but when we got out side, mummy realised how deep it was, it was nearly over the top of my boots, so we just walked down our road a little for me to try and build. When we stopped, i tried making a snowball, the snow was too soft and wouldn't even make a snowball. I persevered and still nothing, it just wouldn't stick and make anything. I piled the snow up and made a snow bear, then told mummy i needed a stick for the arms, so she pointed to some sticks sticking out of the snow, i pulled them and then broke it in half and stuck it in my snow bear, he had arms, then i found a stick that had some green leaves at the end, that was going to be my snow bears hair.

Friday 17th December 2010

Yay it is my last day of term today :D yesterday we had a christmas party, i took biscuits in that me and mummy made together. Today i had christmas dinner, i only wanted it for the ice-cream pudding. When mummy picked me up i told her that i had eaten the sausages too, so that was good. When i looked at the door of my classroom, i saw mummy and she had my baby cousin, Kaamiel in her arms, i was so excited about going out to see them. I ran out to see them, i stroked his face and we went to mummys work. I asked where aunty Sam was and mummy told me that she is at her work. I saw aunty sam when we got in there, i went straight to her. Hayley was there too. After a little while, we had to go next door, to mummys room, cos Camille (a little girl mummy looks after) was getting tired. We went in there and when she was asleep, we all started tidying the room, it was very messy from the party. I liked helping, i helped with a little girl called Chloe, she is a lady who works with mummys little girl.

Sunday 12th December 2010

When Mummy picked me up from Nanny's house today, i was soooooooo excited, i was jumping up and down, i had remembered that we are going to the museum today. We got on the bus and i didn't stop talking all the way to town. When we got there, we went to the toilet first, cos i needed a wee. Then we went and bought Tom a bacon roll, i got a kit kat. Then we went and bought him a drink, i carried his bacon roll. Then we took it to his work. I asked Mummy if Tom was coming to the museum with us, Mummy said no, cos he has to work, i looked sad. So Mummy said that we will go another time and Tom will come with us too. That made me smile, lots. When we got near his work, i told Mummy, thats his work there. Tom was stood outside his work and i gave him his roll and Mummy gave him his drink. Then we went to wait for Hayley. When Hayley turned up, we went to a book shop to have a look round, cos we were still waiting for Collette and Evie. When we got back to WHSmiths, they were there. Evie was shy at first, so was i. We started walking to the museum. When we got there, Evie got out of her pushchair. We were very excited and we looked at all of the fish, the crocodile, the butterflies, everything. We then started walking off together, not talking to each other, but walking with each other. We liked the museum, we walked up lots of stairs and looked around up there too, Evie kept running off, so we walked round the top bit quickly. Then Mummy said if we went to Pitt Rivers museum, that is at the back of the dinosaur one, that me and Evie would have a torch each. We did that, we also got some clues, where we had to find snowflakes and then at the end, there was a small santa. We got a sticker for doing that. We walked around this one quite fast too. Mummy saw that Evie liked looking in drawers and remembered that in the other museum, there are drawers with lots of things in, for children to look at. So we gave the torches back and went back to the other one. We found the drawers, they were really good. They had things like butterflies, eggs, nests, dung beetles, they were all letters with the alphabet, so lots of drawers to look through. When we had finished, we walked to MacDonalds, me and Evie were really excited. When we got in there, we ordered our food and went upstairs to sit down. I was good and sat and ate my food, i didn't want my chips, but i ate all my burger. Evie got bored after her food, so we soon left. We said bye to Hayley, i kept making my toy from MacDonalds bite her bum, i laughed lots and lots at that. We got a bus with Collette and Evie and we sat together. We had to get off the bus before them. We went to get some chocolate and we went to see Aunty Sam and Kaamiel. Sam had a friend there, so i was shy and quiet. Mummy showed her a book about nails, cos that is what Mummy is buying her for Christmas. We stayed there for a couple of hours. I was shy and quiet all the time we were there.  At home, i started being a bit naughty for Mummy. Mummy says it is cos i had a late night at Nanny's, so i was tired. I went to bed at 7.30 and had a story, i was asleep very quickly.

Thursday 9th December 2010

Mummy just remembered that something did happen on this day, so that is why she is doing it after the 10th post. When it was my bedtime tonight, i was being naughty, playing up, cos it was a little past my bedtime and if i don't go to bed on time, i get grumpy. I was in my room, talking to mummy when i suddenly looked at mummy and told her that it wasn't boo that chewed echos whiskers off, it was me, i had cut them off. I started crying, lots. I then told her that i had also cut one side of boo's off too. Mummy told me that is very naughty, that they use them to see if they can fit in to spaces, so they might get stuck now. I knew it was naughty, cos it was a few weeks ago that i done it and have only just told mummy. Mummy and Tom thought Boo had done it, cos mummy cats do that to their kittens.

Friday 10th December 2010

After mummy picked me up from after school club yesterday ( i had been 'stage diving' ) she had told rachel that i like head banging, Rachel was excited about it and mummy told her that i could bring a cd in of Joe's band, Rachel said yes please.
This morning, i was very excited, taking Joe's cd in to school. Mummy wrote a post-it note on the cover, so that Rachel could see what one not to play, cos its got swearing in. I had breakfast at mummy's work, she put the cd on and i was headbanging as i ate my weetabix. Then when i had finished, i went and stood next to the cd player and done some more headbanging, one of the lady's that mummy works with came in, so i had to have the music turned down :-(
At after school club, i got to play the cd and do headbanging, there is a stage in the hall cos of christmas, so we were on there, headbanging and dancing to Joe's cd (Dedlok is what his band is called)

Sunday 5th December 2010

When mummy picked me up today from Nanny's house we went to put some petrol in the car and then took it back to Nana's house. When we got there, Nana and Chris were there, so we went inside for a little while. I played on my scooter and mummy had a cup of tea. When it was time to go, i got my coat on and we walked to the bus stop, i moaned most of the way there. Mummy asked me if i had had a late night, i said yes. When we got on the bus, we sat at the front together, i like sitting on the big bus. We got in to town and then went to buy Tom a roll, i got a kitkat. Then we went to a shop and bought him a magazine and then into another one to buy him some chocolate and a drink. I got a bottle of water. We went to Tom's work and gave him his things, he is working all day. I said hello to him and mummy and him had a kiss and cuddle then we left. When we left, mummy told me that we were going to go and look for a christmas present for Nana and Chris and then go home, i had to remind mummy that we needed to buy me some new shoes. We didn't go and buy presents in the end, we went and bought me some new shoes instead, i chose some purple boots, they have fluffy bits in, i really like them. On the way home, i put my new shoes on. Then we nearly got to cowley centre and mummy remembered that i needed a comic, cos i got all my stars on my star chart. So we had to get off. We went in to the pound shop and i bought a small christmas tree and some decorations, for my room. Then we went in to the shop to buy me a comic.
When we got home, i was excited about putting my tree up, i had to thread lace in the baubles and then i hung them up on my tree.

Saturday 4th December 2010

When i got up today, mummy reminded me that we are going to see Tom's family, i was excited about that. When we were ready to go, we all got in Nana's car (we are borrowing it for the weekend) and drove for ages, well it wasn't, but i thought it was. We had to drive really carefully when we got near them as they live in a village and it was quite snowy and icy there. Mummy started to slow down for a car and our car slipped across the road, luckily mummy was driving very slowly and the car didn't even want to come towards us anyway, silly car. I saw a small snowman at the side of the road too. When we got there, we all went inside, it was nice and warm inside. Tom's grandad and nan were there, in the living room and his cousin Ross too. Ross took me upstairs to show me the lizard that we took there last time we went there, it is really big now. Downstairs Tom showed me the two new kittens that his family have, they are really big now though, and Mery's tail is HUGE its bigger than Boo's tail. I liked playing with the kittens. Julie came down the stairs (Tom's mum) and i had a present to give her, to say thank you for the presents she bought me (a bag that i can colour, some decorations for me to decorate for our tree and an advent calander) I wrote her a letter and bought some chocolates. Mummy was very impressed with my letter, she wrote it on one piece of paper and i copied it on to the one next to it.

I done some drawing there too, i kept finding lots of pencils in my bag and Julie got a table and a notebook out for me to draw on. Tom's aunty, Nicky came downstairs and gave me a doll, she told me that she doesn't have a name, so i will need to think of a name for her. I liked her. When it was time to go, we said bye bye and got back in Nana's car. I fell asleep in the car (so did Tom) and when i woke up, we were at Nanny's house, i am staying there tonight. I got out, and said bye to Tom. Uncle Brian and Aunty Wendy were there too.
